was sentenced to 12 months in jail on Thursday (November 12) for probation violation and taken away in handcuffs, according to his lawyer,,mane pleaded guilty for attacking nightclub promoter , and last september , he as sentenced to a year in jail for failing to fulfill his court-ordered 600 hours of community service ,, He went to jail and served until march. After his release Gucci went straight to the studio and recorded 5 songs for his album " THE STATE VS. RADRIC DAVIS" .
